Description
This would be the second favorite of the four paintings I did in 2009. I really, REALLY did not want to sell it, and didn't plan on selling it until last minute. Again, I'm glad I did since the buyer bought all the other paintings so they wouldn't have to be separated. 
Painting Arceus was just plain good ole' fun and I look forward to the next painting, if I do one at all, with Arceus in it. His little ring thing gave me some issues, but otherwise, he was awesome.
Those are the plates floating around him, by the way.
